The Camminghaburen neighbourhood, in the north-eastern part of the Frisian capital Leeuwarden, is known as an extremely pleasant place to live. This is thanks to its amenities, spacious layout and abundance of water and greenery. Centrally located on the Smeetsmastins, you will find two residential complexes with a total of 48 spacious flats. These buildings are surrounded by wide strips of greenery and water, typical of Camminghaburen.

The nearest shopping area is on Lieuwenburg, about 600 metres away. There you can shop at various supermarkets and shops. Furthermore, there are several primary schools within short walking or cycling distance and you can walk to the nearest bus stops in a few minutes, where you benefit from good bus connections to other parts of the city. Moreover, you live just ten walking minutes from Leeuwarden Camminghaburen train station. Finally, the Smeetsmastins is easily accessible by car. After all, you are only three minutes' drive from the slip road to the N355. You can reach the A31 and A32 motorways in about ten minutes.

Both complexes were built in 1996 and are in good condition. Insulation is of a high standard, as evidenced by the assigned energy label (B). There is a communal entrance and entrance in the buildings, which provides access to the stairwell and the lift systems, through which the six upper floors can be reached. On the ground and top floors, the residences are somewhat larger, at 83 and 98 square metres respectively. The four penthouses of these residential complexes are the largest. The extra living space here is mainly expressed through an extra spacious living room and, in addition, a sizeable roof terrace of no less than 69 square metres.
