YOURS-Ektor
Ektor is the sub-area within Yours characterised by its low-rise buildings (7 storeys) and range of cosy studios. In total, the complex comprises 140 studio flats, ranging in size from 38 to 49 square metres of usable floor space. Living here offers a compact and well-organised lifestyle.
For example, the complex features studios with a partial partition wall dividing the living area from the bedroom, allowing you to create a separate bedroom using a curtain or room divider. There are also fully open-plan studios, which offer flexibility and allow you to arrange the space as you see fit.

In all cases, you’ll have a separate bathroom, so you can start your morning routine undisturbed. The bathroom is fitted with a comfortable shower, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. You’ll find a modern open-plan kitchen fitted with built-in appliances: an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave and fridge-freezer. There’s also a designated space in the kitchen for your washing machine.

The studio has been finished to a high standard in neutral colours, so that with a few cosy accessories and your own unique touch, you can make it truly ‘Yours’!

Sustainable living
At Yours, you can enjoy a sustainable lifestyle. The homes are all-electric, meaning a gas connection is no longer required. The flats are very well insulated. Heating and energy generation are provided by a combination of a heat pump boiler, a heat-recovery ventilation system and solar panels.

No need to weed or lug watering cans about endlessly during a heatwave, yet still enjoy a lovely green seating area next to your studio or flat? At Yours, you can. On the top deck of the car park, there’s a lovely communal courtyard garden. As the courtyard garden is completely shielded by the building on one side and raised above the public space on the other, it offers plenty of privacy. A lovely spot to catch up over a coffee to go, make a phone call in peace or read a good article.

Accessibility
You’re living in the perfect spot here. Right in the middle between a beautiful nature reserve and the centre of Leiden. It’s just a 5-minute cycle to the heart of Leiden, where you can enjoy a lovely afternoon’s shopping or a wonderful night out. In fact, Leiden has everything you need. The best way to get around Leiden is on foot or by bike. Need to go a bit further afield? Even then, you’ve got plenty of options, as Lammenschans railway station is just round the corner. From here, you can catch a train to Leiden Centraal or Utrecht Centraal. If you drive, you can take Lammenschansweg to the N206 for access to various motorways.

Amenities within walking distance
You don’t have to go far for your daily shopping. The Plus Lammenschans supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away. A little further on, you’ll find an Albert Heijn XL, a Lidl and various international supermarkets. Don’t feel like cooking yourself? Leiden city centre is brimming with cosy restaurants. So whether you fancy a tasty lunch or a sumptuous dinner, you’ll be spoilt for choice. There are various sports facilities in the immediate vicinity, such as a gym, but you could also go for a run through Polderpark Cronesteyn.
