Plan Weideblick is the latest expansion of Nieuwveense Landen in Meppel. This new district has been built on the northwest side of Meppel. This former pasture area with its flora and fauna forms the basis for the design of the district. So there is plenty of space, greenery and water.
Less than a fifteen minute bike ride away you will find the monumental station building of Meppel. This beautiful station dates from 1865 and is still in the original street. From Meppel station, trains depart for Zwolle, Groningen and Leeuwarden, among others.
Traveling by car? From the nearby Nieuwe Nijeveenseweg you can easily drive onto the N375 and A32 or A28 towards Zwolle, Groningen and Heerenveen. Would you rather take the bike? After less than 10 minutes by bike from home you will find yourself in the cozy center of Meppel.
Meppel is a cozy city with a village character. You will find everything within cycling distance, from a swimming and climbing park to a theater. In the pleasant city centre of Meppel you will find a wide range of shops, cafés and boutiques.
The homes on Baggelaar and Bolsterturf are equipped with a sustainable climate system (BENG). The system consists of an air/water heat pump. This system feeds the underfloor heating in your home. It also heats the water in the storage tank. This hot water is used for showering, among other things. With this system it is also possible to cool the home by a few degrees in the summer. This means that the homes are not connected to the gas network. The homes are also equipped with a WTW (heat recovery) system. In addition, all homes are equipped with solar panels from which you as a resident benefit directly.
A complete kitchen has been installed on the ground floor. That is to say a white kitchen, with a composite countertop and all kitchen appliances; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood and combination microwave. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the bathroom, which has a modern finish and is equipped with anthracite floor tiles and white wall tiles. On the top floor is the attic space with a closed space that can serve as an extra bedroom.
Each house has its own garden including external storage.
