Just look for a neighbourhood with better accessibility. You won't succeed. By the way, to the Randstadrail station (Melanchtonweg) it's only a five-minute bike ride. On holiday but you have an early flight? If you fly from Rotterdam The Hague Airport, you can stay in bed until the last minute. Now that's accessibility!
