The flats are situated directly above the Prinsenland shopping centre, which houses a large supermarket, a bank and small shops such as a bakery, a butcher’s and a florist. Fans of running, cycling and walking will be in their element in the Kralingse Bos and the Kralingse Plas, just a four-minute drive away. The neighbourhood also has its own park, the Prinsenpark, and the flats are a two-minute walk from the beautiful Ringvaartplas. The proximity to the A16, on the west side of Prinsenland, is ideal. The metro station, on Prins Alexanderlaan, is within walking distance. The bus stops opposite the Mia van IJperenplein.
