Living in De Steyn automatically gives you access to LIVVIN’s services. At LIVVIN, we bring residents together by being present in the communal lounge, organising fun events and providing a digital platform.
The LIVVIN app is the main way we communicate. It’s an easy way to get to know your neighbours and the local area, stay up to date with events in the neighbourhood and sort out matters relating to your home.
A Community Manager is on site – either in person or online. They provide a watchful eye, a helping hand or lead the way with initiatives or events.

+Jack
At In de Steyn, +Jack is on hand to keep the building clean, in good condition and safe. +Jack is on site for around 8 hours a week to carry out building rounds, carry out work in and around your home, and identify and (where possible) resolve building faults.
