Are you looking for a place to live that you can share, for example with a close friend, family member or acquaintance? Then 2PEER’s 20 co-living properties are just the thing for you! In a 2PEER co-living flat, you live together, yet also separately. You share the flat with your flatmate, but you have your own private room with a private bathroom. This way, you share the costs of a spacious flat and contribute to the sustainable use of space. In a 2PEER flat, you and your flatmate rent under a single tenancy agreement. This means you can only give notice together, or you can find a new flatmate yourself (terms and conditions apply).

The 20 2PEER flats are also fitted with flooring and window coverings; the 4 studios are let with flooring, so you can move in straight away!

Layout
De Steyn is a unique residential complex comprising two towers in a stunning location in the heart of Utrecht. It comprises 120 homes, including studios, two- and three-room flats. Do you prefer to live on a lower floor or are you looking for something higher up? The homes are situated on residential floors right up to the 14th floor. On the higher floors, the comfortable city apartments offer unique views of the city.
The apartments feature a white Bruynzeel kitchen with ATAG appliances (induction hob, fridge-freezer, built-in oven with microwave function and dishwasher). The bathroom has a modern finish, featuring a shower with a shower screen, a Villeroy & Boch washbasin, a Grohe tap, a mirror and a designer towel radiator.
All flats have an internal storage room, and some also have an external storage room. In addition, the complex has a secure bicycle shed.

LIVVIN
Living in De Steyn automatically means you have access to LIVVIN’s services. At LIVVIN, we bring residents together by being present in the communal lounge, organising fun events and providing a digital platform.
The LIVVIN app is the main way we communicate. It’s an easy way to get to know your neighbours and the neighbourhood, stay up to date with local events and sort out matters relating to your home.
A Community Manager is on hand on site – if not in person, then online. They provide a watchful eye, a helping hand or lead the way with an initiative or event.

+Jack
At De Steyn, +Jack is on hand to keep the building clean, in good condition and safe. +Jack is present for approximately 8 hours a week to carry out building rounds, perform maintenance work in and around your home, and identify and (where possible) resolve building faults.

Please note: a cleaning fee of €25.00 is included for curtains and floors.
