+Jack is on hand at De Syp to keep the building clean, intact and safe. +Jack is present for around 16 hours a week to carry out building rounds, perform maintenance work in and around your flat, and identify and (where possible) resolve building faults.
Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for a rental property, you must meet an income threshold.
Parking spaces are available beneath the complex in the Central Park car park. The cost for this is €214 (€204 + €10 service charge) per month. Please note: it is compulsory to rent a parking space with the property.
