The LIVVIN app is the main way we communicate. It’s an easy way to get to know your neighbours and the local area, stay up to date with events in the neighbourhood and sort out matters relating to your home.
A Community Manager is on hand on site – either in person or online. They provide a watchful eye, a helping hand or lead the way with an initiative or event.
+Jack
At De Steyn, +Jack is on hand to keep the building clean, in good condition and safe. +Jack is present for around 8 hours a week to carry out building rounds, perform maintenance work in and around your flat, and identify and (where possible) resolve building faults.

Conditions
To be eligible for a rental property, you must meet an income threshold.
The cost of the allocated parking space is €214 (€204 + €10 service charge) per month.
