2PEER
Are you looking for a home you can share, for example with a good friend, family member or acquaintance? Then 2PEER's 20 co-living homes are for you! In a 2PEER co-living home, you live together but also separately. You share the flat with your co-tenant, but have your own private room with private bathroom. So you share the costs of a spacious flat and contribute to the sustainable use of space. In a 2PEER flat, you rent together with your co-tenant on one rental contract. You can therefore only give notice together or find a new co-tenant yourself (conditions apply).
LIVVIN
Living in De Steyn automatically means having access to the services of LIVVIN. At LIVVIN, we bring residents into contact with each other, by being there in the living room, organising fun events and offering a digital platform.
The LIVVIN app is the central communication tool. It allows you to get to know your neighbours and the living environment in an accessible way, stay informed about events in the neighbourhood and arrange matters concerning your home.
On location, a Community Manager is present, if not physically, then online. A watchful eye, a helping hand or a catalyst for an initiative or event.
+Jack
In the Steyn, +Jack is present to keep the building clean, whole and safe. +Jack is present approximately 8 hours a week to make building rounds, carry out work in and around your home and identify and (if possible) repair building faults.

Conditions
To qualify for a rental property, you must meet an income standard.
There is the option of renting an additional parking space (Central Park). The costs for this are €205 per month.
