On location, a Community Manager is present, if not physically, then online. A watchful eye, a helping hand or a initiator of an initiative or event.

+Jack
In the Syp, +Jack is present to keep the building clean, whole and safe. +Jack is present about 16 hours a week to make building rounds, do work in and around your home and identify and (if possible) fix building malfunctions.
There is the option of renting an additional parking space (Central Park). This costs €205 per month.
