Park Homes, Blocks C – Living in green surroundings

The wide strip of greenery between blocks AB and C will be developed in consultation with the local community as a place for walking, relaxing and playing, and will be characterised by a stately row of trees on either side: a car-free, park-like avenue. You will live either on this car-free, park-like avenue or in the lovely courtyard garden on the other side of the park homes.

The flats are let in combination with a parking space in the underground car park. All homes have their own storage room in the basement, and there are also communal cycle sheds for residents.

Blocks C2 and C3 each consist of 109 rental flats spread over five storeys.
There are 69 two-room flats of types C1, C2 and C3, measuring approximately 50 m², each with a balcony or terrace. The remaining rental flats are two- and three-bedroom flats ranging in size from approximately 50 m² to 80 m².

A total of 36 rental flats have been built in the twin block. These are three-room flats of approximately 70 m². Within this part of the development, there are two maisonettes with a basement, averaging 140 m².

All flats come with a compulsory parking space in the semi-underground car park below and also have their own storage room in the basement. The flats are on the private rental market.


Urban Villas, Blocks A – Comfortable Renting

A total of 108 flats have been completed across 9 Urban Villas, each comprising 12 flats spread over 4 storeys. With just 3 flats per storey, these flats feature generous windows offering varied views. There are also 2 maisonettes with a basement, averaging 140 m².

All flats are offered with a parking space in the semi-underground car park below and also feature a private storage room in the basement. The flats are private-sector rental properties.
