Apartments
In Bartok there are two different apartment types: a corner or an intermediate apartment. These are all 2-room apartments, with 1 separate bedroom. The apartments have an area of 48 or 50 square meters.
All apartments are equipped with a luxury kitchen with Atag built-in appliances and a modern bathroom which has a design radiator, sink and a shower. In addition, the apartments have a balcony or terrace and their own external storage space.
General layout
You enter the apartment and walk through the entrance to the open kitchen, which is equipped with ATAG appliances. Here on your right is the bedroom, which connects to the bathroom. The luxurious bathroom has a sink, radiator and a shower cabin. Next to the bedroom is the separate toilet, behind which is a storage room with washer and dryer connections. When you pass the open kitchen through the hallway, you will enter the living room. The living room provides access to the terrace/balcony, depending on the type of apartment.

Location and accessibility
In Bartok you live quietly but close to the action! In 6 minutes cycling you are already at the central station. And if you cycle 4 minutes further, you are in the center of Utrecht, the Neudeplein and the Oude Gracht. So you don't have to go far for the fun of the city.
Small groceries? That's no problem either! A few minutes walk away is the shopping center of the district Oog in Al where you can go for all your daily needs. You will also find several elementary schools, a library, a gym and the green city park. It almost seems unnecessary but if you still want to leave the neighborhood, then accessibility by both car and public transport is good. In no more than 10 minutes you drive onto the A2 or A12. And 500 meters away you will find the bus and streetcar stop.
