Nesselande and Rotterdam
Nessegaarde is situated on the eastern outskirts of Rotterdam and borders the Zevenhuizenplas, which boasts a lovely beach, great places to eat and drink, and a large skate park. Here, nature and the city are both within easy reach. There are also schools, a health centre, a library and a shopping centre. The Nesselande shopping centre is a 6-minute cycle ride away. Here you’ll find several supermarkets and all sorts of shops catering to your daily needs.

The great thing about these homes is that they’re close to the main roads. You can be on the A20 in just a few minutes, making the centre of Rotterdam and Gouda very easy to reach. Incidentally, the metro also stops in Nesselande, so you can easily travel into the city by public transport.

Description of the homes on Laan van Magisch Realisme
These detached houses do not have a pitched roof, giving you three full storeys at your disposal. Ideal if you’re looking for a home with plenty of living space. The homes have an east-facing front garden. Next to the front door is the entrance to the attached storage room. The living room has French doors leading to the garden, and the kitchen is at the front of the house. You’ll want for nothing, as the modern Bruynzeel kitchen is fitted with Siemens appliances. From your kitchen, you’ll enjoy a lovely, unobstructed view.

There are 3 or 4 bedrooms on the upper floors. The luxurious bathrooms all have a shower, washbasin and second toilet. Some homes also feature a bath. The connections for the washing machine and tumble dryer are located on the second floor. Furthermore, the entire space is free to use for working, playing, exercising, relaxing or studying.
