Just outside the busy centre of Utrecht is Nijenoord. The building used to be the Hogeschool Utrecht, but has now been transformed into a fantastic residential building. The school feel has disappeared, the large windows have remained and large balconies have been added. Here you can rent a luxuriously finished flat and easily park your car in front of the door. We have several parking spaces available, both inside and outside. Our rental can further inform you about the rental price of the parking spaces. Please note that it is compulsory to rent a parking space with the flat.

Nijenoord is a stone's throw from the Vecht, opposite Noordse Park and practically in front of the door the bus stops. Looking at the location from above, you can see that by car you are just as fast on the A2 as on the A27. Ideal if you have to travel a lot for work. The nice thing is that you can also cycle to Utrecht city centre and railway station in 5 minutes.

Nijenoord has a prominent entrance that you reach via a number of steps. You can tell from this that it was once a school. In the hall is a lift that takes you to your floor. Handy, as the building is up to 10 floors high. Very nice by the way when you live high up, you have a clear view of Utrecht.

The flats differ in layout and size. There are flats from 46 to as much as 152 m². You always have a nice balcony and can count on a complete kitchen and modern bathroom. The kitchen is complete with built-in appliances from Siemens.

In Nijenoord, +Jack is present to keep the building clean, whole and safe. +Jack is present 8 hours a week to make building rounds, carry out work in and around your home, identify and (if possible) repair building faults.

+Jack is present on Tuesdays from 08:00 - 16:00.

The Nijenoord complex also has a communal 'living room' which can be reserved by residents via the app and used as a community space.
